Type of GYM program: Lifting weights, Hypertrophy training mixed with Moderate intensity Strength conditioning, aiming for a leaner, more muscular body re-composition with improved mobility.

As CARDIO training we hike in nature or bicycle around lakes in the morning, instead of cardio machines (unless it's rainy) and then 2 times weekly do action sport activities such as mountain biking, kayaking, motocross training or tactical "shoot and sprint" pistol course.

Bonus: with our ACTION SPORTS coaching you might learn some new skills and find a new sport you love, and then we help with realistic goal setting, advise in training styles/programs and results tracking methods. No martial arts, boxing classes, difficult exercises like Olympic lifts, no crossfit or super high intensity work outs which are hard to sustain long term for most people in normal life.

Fit Camp FiVE also has a Motocross Race Team with 4 athletes in 2021.

Our head coach Toby is also Team captain of the race team.

10 kg. weight loss with a few month, without counting calories, following our moderate "cut diet" principles. Training 4-5 times per week, eating 4-5 times per day, only strict diet 6 days per week, enjoying high calorie food every Sunday.

Phuket Archery Club was founded by Mr. Santi Tontungtrong who loves archery sport. The club is located in Phuket Town, close to Nimit roundabout and Robinson Shopping centre. There is an archery shop onsite selling a full set of bow and arrows for those who wish to have these accessories for their own use. Rental of the equipment is also available and this option is ideal for beginner archers or for people who just want to try it. This is an inexpensive sport which may interest you and give you different excitement.
