If you're a cat lover you would love this place, with 15 well behaved and cute cats this place is heaven. The rooms are extremely clean and it's located close to Bangla Road in Patong.

Loved my Cat Story experience! The rooms and hotel are super cute and squeaky clean! The cats are adorable ! So glad i could pamper them all! The location is perfect, with close proximity to the Patong beach, Bangla street and OTOP market which are the most happening places of Patong! The owners are very professional and friendly too! Thankyou Cat Story!

I recommend, if you like cats or want a unique hotel experience. Cats are friendly and a nice touch to staying in patong. The hotel is off the main road enough to be quiet. Rooms are clean , cats are cute

We spent a few nights here last week and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were great and very friendly. Shout out to Tony at Reception who was so accommodating, and Yut who picked us up by buggy several times. People like this make us want to keep coming back to Phuket! Breakfasts were delicious with a nice selection including local Thai favourites which we loved. There was too much emphasis on Indian food - not what we came to Thailand for. Some other Asian people attended the breakfast buffet with their kids in their pyjamas and that was unacceptable to those of us who attempt to look presentable. Lunch at Seasonal Tastes was outstanding - best Tom Yum Goong ever and hubby enjoyed his Marriott Burger. Dinner there was another story. Unimpressed with 4 of the 5 dishes we ordered (the Pizza was nice only because I went up to the Chef and asked for a lot of Pizza sauce.) Pomelo and Soft Shell Crab salad was inedible ... fresh pomelo was engulfed/smothered in gooey, gross thick and over- spicy dressing. Every bite was unpleasant. All freshness was gone. Spring Rolls were tasteless and Fried Tofu appetizer was rubbery rather than soft and silky - did not taste fresh and had no taste except of oil - it was very crunchy. The Chilli sauce provided tasted like shop bought bottled sauce. Service was not the best - lots of servers cleaning up tables around us but not really clearing our plates etc. We were so disappointed as we loved having lunch there the previous day. Breakfast staff were lovely and attentive, it was just that dinner! The view of Siray Bay was magnificent and a definite highlight. Shuttles to Patong and Phuket Town were a great bonus!

Arrived early, no problem. Upgraded room. Cart service to and from room, Drivers great, especially Sonny. Everyone helpful.
