Very well organized resort, we feel much better than the previous stay in another J.W Marriot. Phuket.

The only drawback is that all the restaurant are very crowded.

We had an incredible 14 night stay in the pool access room & hotel was exceptional from customer service, amazing and clean facilities and many activities for kids & adults provided each day. Loved everything about it. Highly recommended for families.

If you like the simple foods in life, or are a massive foodie, this place is for you! Every restaurant has top quality food and service with that famous Thai smile!

If you are looking for a beautiful, family friendly resort where you spend the majority of your time by the pool and eating in house then this resort is perfect. However, we were disappointed that the beach was not good for swimming due to the rocky bottom, the food and drinks were expensive and nothing was in walking distance. We also had many maintenance issues, the bed was uncomfortable and the lack of English speaking staff made communication very difficult. I was even disappointed to find that our room had no minibar, not even milk to make a cup of tea.
