Phuket's tastiest award winning Vegan Restaurant located in the heart of Old Town Phuket

A great restaurant in Phuket town and where you are here for a day or a week, it needs to be visited at least once! Some of the best food on the island, not just old town. We were going to go for cheaper temple food, but so glad we came here! The drinks were fantastic, but the real show stopper was the food! Both adults and kids loved the options to choose from and the amazing flavours they made! Also, the air con was a huge bonus as the day we came was very hot!

Amazing! A total standout for one of the best meals we had in the area. Went for the Red Curry (in part due to another review I saw that said it was amazing) and I did not regret it - so good! The perfect level of spice for me (I asked for medium) and such a treat to choose between tofu or tempeh. Genuinely have no idea what they made the Vegan Calamari out of as the texture and flavour seemed spot on to me (though, I’ll admit it’s been years and years since I last tasted any real calamari). We also ordered a spicy mushroom vegan burger which was delicious. Overall could not fault the meal AT ALL. Gutted to have discovered it on our last night in Thailand, though may well book a trip back in advance just to come back here. Photo not the best as I had demolished half the calamari before I thought to take it.

All my reviews are from vegetarian point of view. "Normal" meat dishes are not part of review. This restaurant seems popular. Interior has interesting decorations and overall impression of the place is tidy. We tried incredible burger and red curry. Both were tasty, but especially curry was actually the best one during our two weeks visit. Other restaurants couldn't match the taste. Besides smoothies and juice, restaurant also has some take away healthy drinks. Eating indoor is nice on hot days, since aircon is working really well.

We bake all our own bread, Pizza's, Pasta, and make our own falafels, humus, tahina too, practically everything on our menu is homemade including our delicious to die for vegan cheesecake .... so why not pop in and try one of our amazing dishes you wont regret it !!

4worldlovers: The buffet offers a wide range of vegan food, also a lot of mock meat. Everything is vegan, the staff speaks english and told us everything is without egg, milk or meat. In addition to that it‘s pretty cheap, really clean and super delicious! Would definitely recommend it!!

I eat here every day. Actually take away with my own container. Get there early before 1pm if you want fresh dishes. Earlier the better. Have brown/red rice too. They can speak a bit of English. For me the best in Phuket... My favs are the peow wan (sweet sour), phatang (pumpkin), pak kin (ginger tofu). Prices - 3 toppings with rice 40 baht. Fake meat dishes are extra. Oh and they normally have red rice and sometimes the lovely burberry. Update. Prices have gone up to 50 baht for 3 toppings on rice. Fake meat is extra as always. Still consistently great quality

Cheap (40 bat for one dish of your choice), flavorful and many different options in the buffet. Including quite a big selection of fake meats!

To much too choose from the buffet, everything is vegan, colourful and spicy. Love the brown rice and the TVP sauce dishes. A plate cost you between 50 - 75 Bath. Drinking water for free and a small shelve to buy vegan products to take home.

Huge range of vegan jay foods, it is so hard to choose! There isn’t any English labelling but they speak some English so can tell you what things are. I had various mock meats and a spicy curry, all delicious! A plate with rice and 3 toppings was 65 baht so great value. The mock meat was so yummy and convincing - especially the fish!

Some really good dishes most with a lot of spice. Had soy meat dish, taste and texture exactly like chicken (if this wasn't Jay would be worried).

Many options, nothing was labeled, not much English. 100% Jay food was excellent. We went with 5 people including some meat eaters who liked it.

A buffet with choice but some of the items were tasting old... Plus charged a lot more compared to other similar places. Still relatively cheap though. But not my best one at all.

We love this place. One of the biggest jay buffets we have visited and it is always really busy as close to a temple. Pretty sure the name is 'Hesan' and i've just uploaded a picture of the sign outside. This whole area comes alive during the annual veg fest and this restaurant must serve hundreds if not thousands of customers each day...

Clean, cheap and so yum! Best restaurant, We have been eating here every day and will continue till we leave Thailand. Great food and the ladies are friendly and lovely. Big variety spicy and non spicy. It’s a very clean place. Highly recommend! It gets 6 stars!

After being in Thailand for 1 month and Phuket 3 weeks I had the two best vegan Thai meals of my trip, Hands down. Worth the trip out away from the beach. Had two meals off the menu not the buffet. Awesome and cheap

Nice, clean vegan buffet. For those that know what vegan buffet looks like, this one is definitely cleaner and nicer. Dishes taste good, but cold if you come at the wrong time, which is normal in Thailand... Overall really good buffet and they understand some English.
