Spirulina is a blue-green, spiral-shaped, freshwater microalgae, one of the oldest life forms on earth.

Tried a banana, peanut butter and salted caramel NanaBowl at a local cafe in Melbourne and was blown away. The consistency is so thick and creamy and sweet but not too rich. It feels healthy but tastes like dessert. The assorted toppings are an added bonus - especially love the cacao nibs and whole, crunchy almonds!

War das letzte Mal vor 4 Jahren da. Hab mich riesig gefreut das alles genauso ist wie früher. Sehr schönes Restaurant liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Wurden vom Personal nett empfangen und begrüßt. Das Essen war lecker und schnell zubereitet. Die Preise sind variabel. Man kann günstig aber auch etwas teurer Speisen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Danke

Staff is really nice, the menu has a bright choice, good food!

Good and clean rooms. Our room has big glass doors which is great and the room is spacious enough for two people. There's an air conditioner, a big bed, a wardrobe, a small fridge, a TV and what's important for me a table where I can work. Wifi signal is strong, I didn't have any problems with it. Cleaning services is also provided one time a week. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's also a clean swimming pool nearby. Mama's restaurant serves good quality food with a great service. I enjoy my stay here. Thank you!

Review of the restaurant, accomodation. Both are outstanding. The rooms are newly refurbished, super comfortable bed with proper duvet, English movie channels on flatscreen, new bathroom fittings, balcony, new fridge, it's all new and good quality. The restaurants food is outstanding. I had as many different meals I could have on the menu over a week, all the food is excellent. The western food is well seasoned and doesn't lack flavour in any way. The highlight for me is their Thai food, some of the best I reckon. If you like Thai curries you won't be disappointed. Mama is a fantastic host, she run the show, restaurant and accomodation. She is such a pleasure to talk with, thank you for your wonderful hospitality Mama.

I went to train Muay Thai in Phuket and booked a week to start at Mama's. I enjoyed it so much I ended up staying for two months! Clean, modern accommodations for a great price, and having the restaurant, pool, and Cafe right there was excellent. Great food! You can walk to any traiing camp in minutes, great location. Really excellent staff as well. Stay here! You will love ir!

The hotel and the restaurant is just great. I stayed there about 2 weeks, ate there everyday and I would do it again. The employees are always friendly, the room gets cleaned fast. The food is great and the place is perfect. The prices are fair. Its the place you want to stay for your holidays.
