Tony and his team were super nice. Even when I missed the class by my own mistake, he insisted to make a private class from his own time just to make it up for me.

We had Fern as our Chef and she was amazing. She took us to the local market and told us about all the different ingredients for our dishes. When I would ask her about other things like fruits or sauces, she offered to buy some for the group to try. I ended up finding a fruit I love because of this. I thought it was super thoughtful of her to do that. Once we got back and started cooking, she was super patient and guided us through every step. While we were cooking and at the market, her assistant was taking pictures of us the whole. Overall this was a 10/10 experience. I definitely recommend!
